Josh Rosefsky

Joshua Rosefsky, the founder of EVI Legal Video Services, received formal training at the acclaimed USC School of Cinema Television after working in the television industry during the 1980’s. His professional experience includes work as a camera operator, cinematographer, sound engineer, film and video editor and graphic artist.

During the past 20 years he has been at the forefront of the use of video and now digital technology in the courtroom. Combining his keen sense of visual communication with his detailed knowledge of the technologies and processes, he has proven to be an invaluable Visual Litigation Specialist.

He has handled over 150 trials, 1000 depositions and a multitude of mediations, arbitrations and settlement conferences. His video montages, live impeachment editing and digital document presentations have helped to secure or avoid close to $1 Billion in verdicts and/or settlements.

From the beginning of discovery through trial, Mr. Rosefsky’s visual litigation strategies help to clarify, communicate and document the key elements of any issue. Footage he has captured or edited has dramatically demonstrated behaviors, conditions and facts with such clarity that cases have settled, been dismissed or gone to trial, after viewing by relevant parties.

Mr. Rosefsky has also served as an expert witness in Los Angeles County and as an educator, teaching MCLE courses across California. In May of 2013 he was a featured speaker for the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association (NCFIA).

Lindsey Rosefsky

Operations Manager, has been with EVI Legal Video Services since its inception in 1993.  In addition to over 15 years of office management experience,she has worked as a camera operator, graphic artist, voiceover artist, and assistant editor for both broadcast and non-broadcast applications.

Mrs. Rosefsky brings to EVI 10 years of experience in the insurance industry working with Fortune 500 companies.
